MMX Retail is proud to announce that it has been appointed by Henderson Global Investors as sole retail consultants on the proposed new Silver Hill scheme in Winchester city centre.

The 600,000 sq ft project will provide a mix of retail and residential in the heart of the city, with the retail accommodation totalling approximately 100,000 sq ft.

Winchester Council recently passed the renewed CPO resolution for the scheme and the Henderson team will now be taking the design and implementation forward with a view to starting on site in 2013, with a scheduled opening in 2015.
